Azekel Adesuyi, known professionally as just Azekel is an Nigerian-born singer, songwriter and producer from London.
Role in Gorillaz[]
Azekel was featured on Gorillaz' track Midnite Float from the super deluxe edition of their fifth studio album, Humanz. He also contributes additional vocals to the Humanz tracks Momentz and Submission.
Musical Career[]
Azekel's breakthrough release was Raw, Vol. 1, which was critically acclaimed and gained national wide radio play. In 2016 he was featured on the track Ritual Spirit by Massive Attack. In 2017 he collaborated with Gorillaz on several songs from their album Humanz.
Azekel has released 3 solo EPs: Circa, Raw, Vol. 1 (2015), and Raw, Vol. 2 (2016).
