The EP Series is a series of digital-only extended plays by Gorillaz released exclusively on iTunes in the US from October to December 2006, being later made available on other countries and platforms as well.
They were based on four of the band's singles from their second studio album, Demon Days (respectively): DARE, Dirty Harry, El Mañana and Feel Good Inc.
Information[]
Along with two tracks, the EPs also included two music videos and a digital booklet each.
The digital booklets included an extract of the Gorillaz autobiography Rise Of The Ogre, a picture gallery and a link leading to a download section on the Gorillaz.com website of artwork, wallpapers and screensavers based on the different singles.
Unfortunately, the booklets are no longer available on Apple Music, and the videos can only be currently watched outside of the EPs. With the exception of the Feel Good Inc. one, the booklets from the EPs are currently considered lost media.
DARE[]
The iTunes EP of DARE was the first of the four extended plays from the EP Series, announced on 16 October 2006.[1] It was originally intended to be released released on the 24th of October, but was delayed for two weeks until the 7th of November.[2]

Trivia[]
- Feel Good Inc. is the only single from Phase Two to have received two different releases as extended plays (excluding the Japanese versions of the singles, with 4 tracks instead of 3), with those being the Feel Good Inc. EP, released in January 2006, and the EP Series entry of the song, from December of the same year.
- The wallpapers and screensavers were also included on the Phase Two: Slowboat To Hades DVD, released around the same time as the EPs.
