GoldLink
D'Anthony William Carlos (b. May 17 1993), known professionally as GoldLink is an American rapper from Washington, DC.

GoldLink provided vocals on the track Severed Head from Gorillaz' seventh studio album Song Machine, Season One: Strange Timez alongside the psychedelic rock band Unknown Mortal Orchestra.
Musical career[]
Originally performing simply under his birth name D’Anthony Carlos, Carlos began pursuing music after graduating High School in 2011 and started recording music in a local studio called Media Lab, releasing tracks on Bandcamp under the name Gold Link James. His debut mixtape The God Complex was released in July 2014 and received critical acclaim from media outlets such as Spin, Complex, Pitchfork, and Clash. He released his second mixtape, After That, We Didn’t Talk, which is considered a sequel to The God Complex. He released his debut solo album At What Cost in 2017, which was followed up by Disapora in 2019 and Haram in 2021.
