Latin Simone (Original Version) or simply Latin Simone, also known as Latin Simone (English Version) is the original version of the song Latin Simone (Que Pasa Contigo), its Spanish version sung by Ibrahim Ferrer, featuring vocals only by 2-D. It is the second and a regional track of Gorillaz' first compilation album, G-Sides (US and Brazil versions only) and third track of the Tomorrow Comes Today EP, the band's first commercial release.
Backing vocals for the song are provided by Miho Hatori as Noodle.

- This version was originally intended to be in place of its Spanish counterpart, "Latin Simone (Que Pasa Contigo)", on the debut album, but Damon Albarn decided that the Spanish version with Ibrahim Ferrer sounded better, so he put it on the album instead.
- This version of the track is listed as the third and fourth track on the un-mastered version of the Gorillaz album.
- The reason why this track was listed twice was that one version (track 3) had higher backing vocals while the other version (track 4) had lower BV's.
- Besides that, this track was one of the few tracks in the album to remain almost unchanged prior to its final release.

- Despite this version not featuring Ibrahim Ferrer at all, on the physical releases of the G-Sides album he is still credited as providing addition vocals, and its name varies from each version, sometimes being named "Latin Simone (Original Version)" and at most "Latin Simone (Que Pasa Contigo)", the same name as its Spanish counterpart. On the Tomorrow Comes Today EP, it is simply named "Latin Simone" and Ibrahim Ferrer is not mentioned.
- This track samples the beat of Incidental Backcloth No. 3 by Keith Mansfield.
- While not currently being on any official album or single internationally on Spotify, this version of Latin Simone is located on the Gorillaz Are Ten Show 1 Radio show as track 5. Murdoc also appears at the end to advertise the Singles Collection album.
- Apart from it, it is only available on the G-Sides US version compilation but is unplayable from anywhere else. When played, it instantly redirects to the Spanish version from the Gorillaz album instead of the English one. 19-2000 (The Wiseguys House Of Wisdom Remix) is also a completely unplayable track outside the US, making it the track with the lowest number of plays out of the entire album.
