MLS is one of the tracks made during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown in 2020. MLS went through a lot of changes during its development. At first JPEGMafia had one more verse in the song but it wasn't used in the final version because the contributions from CHAI gave the song a very different feeling than the original demo of the track had.[1]
MLS was eventually released on the deluxe edition of the Song Machine, Season One: Strange Timez.
