Murdoc's Operation Rejuvination is a SWF-based mini-game that was available on Gorillaz.com during Phase 2, and later available on the Gonk Bonanza section from the 2006 DVD Phase Two: Slowboat To Hades. It was added to Kong Studios in 2006, and could be played by clicking on 2D’s bed in his room or Murdoc’s bed in his Winnebago.
Description[]
“ | Hey kids! - It’s ‘Operation Murdoc’ time. I’ve done all the prep upfront, and knocked out my old chum 2D. Now all you’ve got to do is open up the little bugger, clean out all his nice fresh healthy organs and swap them over with my rancid knackered-out, old ones! If you get this right I’ll be feeling right as rain and good as new in no time. So good luck and see you on the other side! Love your old uncle Murdoc XX |

Gameplay[]
In this surgery simulator, Murdoc asks the player to perform a medical operation by exchanging 2D’s healthy organs with Murdoc's unhealthy organs. There are two difficulty levels available: 'Easy' and 'Hard'.
The game begins with 2D and Murdoc lying unconscious. First, the player's task is to carefully cut along the dashed lines on each of their bodies, moving in a clockwise direction. If the incision veers off course, the player will have start over, and there will be a slight reduction in the anaesthesia level.
Once the incisions are complete, the player must delicately extract each body part from both 2D and Murdoc using the surgical forceps. These parts include the heart, intestines, stomach, kidneys, lungs, and spine. It's important to remove them slowly to prevent dropping them, and then place them in the icebox, positioned between the two patients, to keep them in good condition. As the operation progresses, you'll notice that 2D's condition deteriorates, while Murdoc's gets better.
After the body parts have been completely replaced, the player will have to sew up Murdoc first, holding the click so that the needle rises and releasing it so that it descends. Each time there's an encounter with a "green box," which marks an entry and exit point, the needle must descend to enter one of the boxes and rise to exit in the next box, so that the sewing is successful. Following Murdoc, the player will need to repeat the same process with 2D. Once this task is successfully completed, the game ends.
