Lyrics[]

[Verse 1: Martina Topley-Bird]
If our timing was right (Ooh)
If our time is right
It would have come
There's shame in this, you're the only one
You shine the lights on the maws of fate
Have you seen my chance?
It might be too late
I woke up with a plan
It's simple to me
What I had in my hand
Between my teeth
Cause I'm torn inside
And soft throughout
Boot and garb
Ready to bow

[Verse 2: Martina Topley-Bird]
Upside down
Don't wear it thin
Tell us when it will begin
Through the bloodstream, boiling cages
Cover up now, it's contagious
Jigsaw thinking, don't fit right
Heads to war, my skin feels tight
All the queuing made too late
How I hate being late
Poison free [?]
I was told there would be honey
Dreams are reaching for the light
If you go down to the woods tonight

[Bridge: Martina Topley-Bird]
Soldier boy, eyes open
You know what to do

[Verse 3: Roots Manuva and Matrina Topley-Bird]
Rolling the die
Looking for my ladies touch
In the clutch and the one called Lady Luck
And then she infected me
My world view ever stop wretchedly
Ain't nothing bigger than the lesson of life itself
Aw, scratch, no life itself
False food, false step
Who's to blame?
Who put the chemicals in the food chain?
Take a whiff of my mutant breath
Tenpounds of squeeze on my silicone breasts
Pipe regime caused psycho gene
Rock on, kick on a hole in on the T.V. screen
Celebrate with a plastic lunch
Mortified minds
Mortified feelin cardboard
Could walk the walk, but they go no place
Talk the talk, but they don't say shit
