- On streaming services, the tune is 30 seconds long instead of 24. The reason for this is probably to make it profitable on Spotify and other services, as the minimum listening time for a stream to make profit there is 30 seconds.
- Song Machine Theme Tune was inspired by the vibe of children's shows theme tunes from the 1970s.
- The new music video for The Valley of the Pagans is the only episode from Song Machine that doesn't feature the intro song, going straight to the music video itself instead.
- It is one of the only two fully instrumental songs released by the band from Phase Six, the other one being Taxi Back to 80s Reykjavik, a bonus track to the Japanese deluxe version of the album Song Machine, Season One: Strange Timez.
