This is the Beginning of the End (of the Beginning)
The Last Cult is a religious organization founded by the Gorillaz with Murdoc as its self-proclaimed leader.
History[]
In 2022, when Gorillaz stayed in Los Angeles for some time, Murdoc became increasingly interested with the occult. In July he founded The Last Cult and became its leader.
In the Silent Running music video the cult catches The Chosen One being sacrificed by the Forever Cult, the cult that belongs to Moon Flower who's neighbors with Murdoc.
In the music video for Cracker Island the aftermath of the event lead them questioned by the police in a hospital. Other cult members (Gorillaz Fans) found out that the video had no context because it was from the future, alongside confusing what happened before as an occult force sparking under the Hollywood sign.
